Bellevue’s Dr. Lisa McKee to Receive Influential Leadership in Technology Award at TechNet Conference

Bellevue University’s Dr. Lisa McKee, an Assistant Professor of Cybersecurity in the College of Science and Technology, has been selected to speak at this year’s TechNet Conference and will be honored with the Influential Leadership in Technology Award.


The 2024 TechNet Conference, which takes place June 14-16 in Las Vegas, is an event that recognizes industry leaders for their significant contributions to technology.


“I am both humbled and honored to receive this prestigious recognition,” said Dr. McKee. “I look forward to bringing increased visibility to Bellevue University and our cybersecurity programs.”


Dr. McKee started her role at Bellevue University early 2024 and has over 20 years of industry experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Cyber Defense with an emphasis in Privacy and is a member of the Accredited Standards Committee X9 where she provides input on industry standards.
